Few bands have the musical prowess of King's X. With a unique style that is both melodic and thunderous at the same time, there are many reasons to purchase some King's X
cds. I'd start with
Dogman, which to me, is one of the heaviest albums ever recorded. The song Pillow will make you crap your pants--literally. Another
cd to cut your teeth on is King's X self-titled. You might remember the song "Black Flag" which received some radio and
mtv play. The real gems on the album are the "Ooh song" and "What I know about Love". Both of them feature Dough
Pinnicks 8 and 12 string bass playing which add to the heaviness. Ty Tabor's guitar tone and parts are exquisite.
Okay, enough blabber, go out and buy some King's X. You'll be happy you did.
